How To Recover From Rejection
Dearest hearts trying to return to a place of feeling good after you’ve been rejected can be one of the most difficult things you’ll ever be asked to do, but it’s not impossible, and it’s absolutely imperative for your success. Since life is a series of growth opportunities presented to you throughout your journey, you should look at rejection in the same way. Instead of immediately allowing the ego to steer the ship and lead you into the waters of despair, we suggest that you let go of everything that’s holding you down and begin to rise.
Rejection doesn’t say you, the authentic being of love, joy, and peace are bad, it says, the you that was being made available for that experience wasn’t desirable
Rejection isn’t the end of your opportunities it’s just the end of that particular direction. Rejection doesn’t say you, the authentic being of love, joy, and peace are bad, it says, the you that was being made available for that experience wasn’t desirable. So instead of immediately running away in shame, it’s time for you to stop and examine which part of yourself showed up to the experience from which you were rejected.
The fact that you were rejected doesn’t mean you’re not good enough, it’s merely an indicator that the person or situation from which you’ve been rejected isn’t in alignment with your vibrational offering
Remember, your vibration is under your authority. You decide which aspects of yourself you’re sharing with society and how you’re choosing to react to various stimuli. If you choose to become less than and present a small, shrunken, shell of yourself to the world you may be rejected by those who were seeking an empowered being that was being true to themselves. The fact that you were rejected doesn’t mean you’re not good enough, it’s merely an indicator that the person or situation from which you’ve been rejected isn’t in alignment with your vibrational offering.
Instead of showing others your wounds, your limitations and your failures do the work to release that energy
So, how do you recover from rejection? By going within and doing the work of clearing and healing the energetic heart space. Instead of showing others your wounds, your limitations, and your failures, do the work to release that energy. Let go of all of those dysfunctional energetic patterns that are holding you stuck in behaviors that don’t represent your authentic self. Do the inner work so that your heart space is free of darkness and despair. Do the deep work so that you no longer see yourself as a victim and then continue doing the work so you are fully aligned with your greatest good. Allow the energetic offering you bring to every situation to be one of purity, empowerment, and alignment.
When you know what, who and why you were wanting acceptance and what you were hoping to gain, you’ll be able to do the work of alignment
Sure it hurts to be rejected but rather than wallow in self-pity and feel bad about the rejection, learn to use the information. What people or situations have rejected you? What did they represent? What are their values and ideals? What were you hoping to accomplish by being accepted by them? What loss has occurred now that you’ve been rejected? Take this information to heart and use it not as a weapon to condemn yourself but as a wand of transformation. When you know what, who and why you were wanting acceptance and what you were hoping to gain, you’ll be able to do the work of alignment. You’ll know what parts of your being are stating your authentic truth and which parts of yourself you may be using as a shield or as a way to hide.
If you’re spending time looking at what’s wrong you’ll find a way to be rejected from situations that are right
Once you’re clear on what you want, what the other parties are offering, and what you have to share, you’ll be more able to align with your highest good and with your vibrational match. There’s little likelihood that rejection will occur when you’re operating from a place of authenticity. When you’re true to yourself, you’ll attract people and situations that will honor and accept you. However, if you still discover that you’re being rejected, it’s not an indication that you should give up. Instead, it’s an opportunity for honesty, a time to reflect on what you’re allowing. What are you thinking and talking about? How are you feeling? If you’re spending time looking at what’s wrong you’ll find a way to be rejected from situations that are right. No one is in charge of where you’re going or what you receive except you.
